AN AUDI driver must pay £1,200 after he was caught speeding on the M5 in Gloucestershire.
Benjamin Cowen, aged 49, was caught breaking a temporary 50mph speed limit on the M5 northbound between junction 10 and junction 9 on December 10 last year.
Cowen changed his not guilty plea to guilty on Wednesday, August 30 at Cheltenham Magistrates'.
He was fined £807 and must pay a victim services surcharge of £323 plus £85 in costs - a total of £1,215 which must be paid by September 27.
Cowen, of Crosswood Avenue, Middlesbrough, Cleveland, also received six points.
